  • Where would you like to have your pictures taken?
    This is possibly the most important decision for you to make. Wedding photographs are almost always taken outdoors, regardless of the weather. That means that scenery selection is extremely important. Some popular locations include Bowring Park, Topsail Beach, Cape Spear, and Signal Hill. You are completely free to choose any location that you think suits your style and we can provide suggestions. It’s also good to have a few alternative locations in mind, just in case the weather does not cooperate and umbrellas and coats are necessary.
  • Who would you like in the pictures?
    There are some standard shots that everyone has done – bride & groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, and siblings. Beyond that, though, the possibilities are endless. There is no limit to what can be done but your wedding day will run far more smoothly if you have a list of what you would like to achieve on the photograph side of things, rather than playing it by ear. Again, we can help with your list but, like everything that day, it’s up to you.
  • Preparation is important but is it preserved?
    Your wedding is one day but there are many days of preparation leading up to it. From parties to dinners and engagement to rehearsal, how much of your wedding preparation would you like captured on film for the future?
  • To stage or not to stage?
    It’s important to prepare but is it important to stage pictures? Some couples prefer to have photographer-directed moments through the wedding day — cake cutting, first dance, posed kisses, etc — while others would rather ignore the pictures and leave the result to chance. Either way is perfectly fine but it’s an important decision to make beforehand.

it’s simple. we don’t do a dozen packages to try to put you in a box. we have asked what brides want for their weddings and we put all of those things together into our one and only package. there are a few add-on costs but you’ll see that as we go down the list. for the moment, though, you can generally assume that everything that you want for your wedding day is included.

we are flexible on time so we won’t really charge you extra if it runs to three hours and forty-five minutes.

what we include with every package

digital negatives - this means that you get your real pictures. not small versions. not watermarked pictures. you can take them anywhere and get them printed, post them on facebook to your heart’s delight, and share them with your friends, family, and the world. they are your pictures. we believe that you have a right to your pictures and we would never keep that from you.

full editing – all of your pictures will be edited to ensure the best color and stylistic reproduction of your special event. these are the pictures that you will get when we talk about digital negatives.

color and black & white versions of all pictures – why choose? you will get a copy of each picture in both color and black & white so you can use either or even both.
